Our 32,000 square foot shop facilities and our 40,000 square foot outdoor storage area, houses metal forming and fabricating equipment.
INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT
We have three 2-ton, three 5-ton and two 10-ton overhead cranes with up to 21′-6″ under-hook clearance.
MANUFACTURING CAPABILITES
Since 1945 we have manufactured bridge components, highway sign structures, tanks, hoppers, bins, stacks, machinery guards, light and heavy gauge ductwork, chutes, platforms, ladders, stairs, handrails, guardrail assemblies, structural steel and many other products of this nature.
We are an American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) certified fabricator and fabricate from all types of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other alloys.
The skills levels of our experienced welders and fitters set us apart from others, giving us the experience to fabricate complex structures on time and within customers budgets. Our welders are certified in accordance to the American Welding Society (AWS) D1.1 and D1.5 welding codes. We provide visual and other NDT testing of welded components in accordance with AWS codes if required and have a full time CWI on staff. Our company is guided by experienced professionals who know structural steel, who listen to our customers, supplying finished products that fit correctly and arrive on-time.
In meeting customer needs, we have in the past provided fabrication from heavier plates and handled weldments up through 25-ton. We therefore ask that you consult us relative to each of your job requirements to discuss the exact services which we can offer.
SITE INSPECTIONS
Site inspection can be coordinated with field measuring to meet your individual requirements. We are currently receiving inquiries and drawings via e-mail with the assistance of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PDF files and TIF files.
